Turnaround:
Photography is typically ready within 24 hours. Virtual Staging may take up to 48 hours. Video and 3D Virtual Tour turnaround is 2-3 days. Zillow 3D Tours are typically available in 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are free up until 3 hours before scheduled appointment. All cancellations less than 3 hours before shoot will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee also applies if a home is not ready at the appointment time, or we are unable to enter home 15 minutes after appointment time.

Payment:
Payment will be collected after the shoot and when photography/videography is ready for uploading.

Copyright license:
Larsen Arts Photography retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for use of the photos while you are representing the listing.
